Are you a qualified professional with proven experience of residential development with a housing association, housing developer or other property based organisation?  If so read on….

Reporting to the Head of Development, you’ll be joining an established growth, partnerships and business development team. With a sound knowledge of housing, building and project management ideally from a housing or housing related field, you will liaise with colleagues across the group to ensure the delivery of our development programme and generate new business opportunities.

But you won’t be sat in an office, hiding behind your laptop. This is a hands-on role which is as much about building relationships with colleagues and external organisations as it is about successfully delivering projects to meet the ambitions of the MSV Growth Plan.

Flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills, you will be highly motivated, innovative and driven to achieve business growth. You will also be client focussed with the ability to communicate at all levels in line with our high-performance culture and the ‘MSV Way’.

This is a permanent part-time post and the hours of work are 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You’ll be based at our head office in Trafford, Manchester, however, our agile style of working and flexible working hours mean that if you need to collect the kids from school, no problem. Want to work late finishing a report and take the time back the next day, go ahead. We know that a committed and dedicated member of the MSV team doesn’t clock watch. Our focus is on getting the job done!

You will need a full driving licence and have access to a car as you will need to be able to travel as part of the role across the northwest and nationally as required.

The requirements of this role can be found in the job profile and person specification.

In addition to a competitive salary, you will have access to a company pension scheme, life assurance, employee assistance programme, flexi-time and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, all on a pro rata basis in line with the hours worked.

Closing date:  5pm on Thursday 23nd May 2019.

Interviews: Monday 3rd / Tuesday 4th June 2019.
