About the role

We're looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement our Digital Marketing Strategy.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll be fully responsible for the planning and delivery of our online marketing activity relating to Clarion Housing Group's sales presence and will head up the development of our market leading online customer experience.

This is such an exciting time for you to join Clarion, we are embarking on a journey to invest in the best digital interactions and functionality, ultimately delivering an amazing, personalised online customer experience. You'll play a major role in project managing the build of our Digital Marketing Strategy, from developing an email strategy to procuring new suppliers to introducing interim websites, CRM systems and social media channels.

We'll look to you to work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, so your willingness and ability to communicate and engage with people at all levels will be essential.

Capable of developing both strategic and detailed campaign level plans, you'll be a strong project manager and possess first class digital copy writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Collation of monthly agency reports on paid digital campaigns to keep the sales and marketing team aware of impact and campaign performance
  • Working closely with the digital team and suppliers to develop two new sales sites.
  • Ensuring consistency across the channels and sharing digital best practices to maximise customer engagement and conversion.
  • Utilising market and customer insight to continually improve content and refine and optimise the UX

About you

With your previous experience of creating and implementing a digital marketing strategy and knowledge of website best practice, you'll have a proven track record of managing social media and e-mail marketing strategies.

You'll be an excellent team player and an experienced team leader, skilled at establishing strong working relationships with colleagues and at driving change. You'll have a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and multiple CMS platforms
