We have an exciting fixed term contract opportunity for 12 Months to join our Rents team in Borehamwood. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skills to really make a difference.

About the role

You'll be part of a dedicated team who demonstrate a unified approach to delivering exceptional customer service. You will take a proactive approach to resolving queries quickly and to a satisfactory conclusion, representing the team in a positive manner.

As well as resolving rent queries from residents and the business, we are looking for someone to work with our housing benefit offices to notify of changes in rents and service charges and respond to their queries.

About you

We're looking for someone who possesses excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm, patient and professional at all times. You must be able to demonstrate you are listening to our residents, understanding their needs and respond appropriately.

You will be confident, assertive and well organised. We're looking for someone with good excel skills with excellent attention to detail. You'll have a demonstrable commitment to achieving customer service excellence, together with strong communication skills.
