Are you looking for a new exciting challenge in our Shared Ownership Sales team?

This is an opportunity to join Clarion's Shared Ownership sales team, and be part of the sales success at England's largest Housing Association.

As Sales Executive, you'll lead on sales delivery within the region. Our pipelines continue to grow rapidly, and so do our ambitions.

We're looking for an individual who can deliver high volumes of Shared Ownership sales working at fast pace and achieving targets.

About the role

Highly motivated and target driven, you will focus on maintaining customer service standards and exceeding sales targets. This will involve working collaboratively with other teams to drive sales, from project inception through to completion. You'll lead on the appraisal of new shared ownership opportunities, including visiting sites, conducting market research and reporting your findings.

This is an office based role with travel to sites and external venues as the role requires.

About you

You'll have a background of delivering property sales, working with development and other teams, and, most of all ensuring a smooth customer journey with high satisfaction levels.

We expect you to know the markets in your region.

We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have a proven track record of successful sales delivery including sales from plan.

With a basic salary up to £36,660 dependent on experience, you will also have the potential to earn a sales bonus of £3,750 dependent on performance dependent on performance.
