Right to Buy Assistant
As a Right to Buy Assistant you will be required to maintain records which record key information relating to residents applications, and edit and amend documents to ensure consistent format and quality for the team. You will need to monitor the team's inbox, and comply with all policies and relevant legislation.
For this position, you will need to be able to demonstrate a methodical approach to work, with strong organisational skills within a team environment, but also an ability to work on your own. You'll need to be proficient in using operating IT systems including Outlook, Microsoft packages and databases, along with previous experience of picking up new IT systems quickly and using online resources to further knowledge and research solutions
