Notting Hill Genesis has a fantastic opportunity for two Full Time Housing Assistant's to join our growing Key Places team based across two of our Central London key worker schemes.

The role of the Housing Assistant will be to provide a reception service and to support the Residential Service Officers in providing high quality housing management, including; covering the Reception Desk, answering customer enquiries, using digital software for fast package processing and key management, logging repairs, assisting in the voids process and dealing with related tenancy matters.

The Housing Assistant will be committing to this role in the knowledge they will be required to work within a rapidly changing environment, where new practices, and digital ways of working will be explored as we shape the future of the Key Places team.

The hours for this role are 35 hours a week, working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

We are looking for an individual with experience working in a customer-oriented service and experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. The successful candidate will be adaptable, focussed and IT savvy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this post.
