Assistant Development Manager (Innovation & Partnerships)
Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is one of the UK`s leading providers of affordable housing and care and support services. We employ over 1,900 people to manage and develop our portfolio of nearly 56,000 homes serving over 75,000 customers across London, the South-East, East Midlands, and East of England.
This is a new role within a new team, and is therefore a rare opportunity to influence and help shape our direction, team culture, and way of working.

What you'll need to succeed
We have a big target, and expectation is high, so this role is for drivers, not passengers.
While your experience, skills and track record are an absolute requirement, they are secondary in this role to your commitment, curiosity and genuine passion for developing more new homes.
