This role:

The Land Manager will be responsible to source and secure a pipeline of short/medium/long term development opportunities, in line with MTVH’s development strategy. This will include JV’S, land led, Strategic Land & Section 106 schemes to deliver homes for rent (subsidised rent & market rent), shared ownership and market sale.

Critically analyse all property transactions, carrying out all necessary due diligence and carefully manage all property transactions through to completion. Ensure that all transactions are properly assessed and appraised for financial viability, financial risk and all other risks.

Develop and maintain effective long term relationships with external public and private sector partners to secure development opportunities, being the lead for business development with key LA’s, developers and agents.

What you'll need to succeed

We are seeking someone with the development experience and commercial acumen to enable MTVH to not only deliver the development numbers, but be able to do so in a way that maximises our impact both in terms of value for money and making a positive impact on the communities we serve.

Someone with an expansive understanding of property development, and the opportunities and risks associated. Who has a strong intellectual ability to analyse, and act upon complex financial and non-financial information to reach speedy well-formed decisions.

Above all this role is about delivering best in class developments, and requires someone who has the drive and tenacity to find and secure the required land partnerships to make these a reality.
