The Assistant Land Manager will not only assist the Regional Land team to source and secure a pipeline of short/medium/long term development opportunities; they will be expected to make a positive impact on the schemes they are involved in, and to take responsibility for their successful delivery.
The role gives the right candidate, a rare opportunity to increase their learning and exposure to residential development in one of the leading developers in the UK. For the right candidate this could lead to significant career progression opportunities across our Development Directorate.
What you'll need to succeed
Whilst development experience would be desirable, we are seeking someone with the intellectual ability to critically analyse complex financial and non-financial information to reach speedy well-formed decisions. The candidate will require excellent communication skills and the ability to forge long term relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
The need to respond to market conditions means the role with come with pressing targets, which will require a great deal of commitment and drive from the right candidate
