This role

This is a new role in the Development Directorate, the Head of Customer Care will lead our three regional teams to deliver excellent customer services from the preparation of properties for day one of occupation, provision of great management throughout the property defects and latent defects periods and by working collaboratively across the wider business and with external partners.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have the energy, drive and fantastic leadership skills to contribute to and take forward the vision for the future of our Customer Care services as we dare to become ‘best in class’.

You will be a confident senior leader who is enthusiastic about customer service as well as having technical knowledge of build quality and experience of creating excellent contractual relationships.
