Our Clarion Contact Centre is currently recruiting for a highly skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our inspirational and ambitious team.

This role is either Bromley or West Malling based and is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to another level and utilise your skills to make a difference.

What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for supporting the Performance Optimisation Manager to develop an analytics approach to support building a culture of continuous improvement across our Bromley & Kings Hill Contact Centres, whilst focusing on the delivery of excellent customer experience.

One of your immediate priorities will be to develop a performance scorecard to evidence performance; outcomes; achievements and identify areas to improve. Focusing specifically on individual and team trends across specific key indicators, you will need to effectively communicate impacts (positive & negative) to customer experience. Contact Centre development (people and working processes) is critical to our approach and your detailed analysis will need to be easily applied.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with proven experience of working in a Contact Centre and experience of producing critical performance insight to varying stakeholders with a strong awareness of the new GDPR regulations.
