This role:

Working with the Regional Sales Manager, you the Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the Regional Sales budget ensuring that sales margins are maximized and that sales targets are achieved whilst complying with Group Sales Policies and Procedures and ensuring a fantastic customer experience.You will be managing multiple schemes across a defined geographical area in areas which may include Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire the Midlands and the North of England, supporting all site activity, including weekends.

What you'll need to succeed

We have a big target to meet, and expectation is high, so this role is for drivers, not passengers. You will have a proven track records for delivering property sales in the affordable housing and private sector, being an excellent communicator and have a genuine passion for selling new homes and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
