You will be delivering comprehensive first line HR advice and support to the business while being the first point of contact for all HR enquiries administering new starter and leaver process for all employees ensuring all relevant HR systems is updated with all the changes.
You will be educated to GCSE level and CIPD Level 3. You will also have previous experience in providing 1st line advice and guidance to customers on HR policies and procedures. Experience in working within a HR department in an administrative or advisory capacity and using a HR System to enter data is essential
