About the role:
It’s an exciting time to join Alliance in this brand new role and make a real impact to our social value activities!
You will be part of a small team who are passionate about improving the lives of our customers and helping to deliver Alliance Homes audacious goal to help 1000 people into employment by 2022.
You will be helping to develop and implement strong partnerships and projects with a range of stakeholders.
This will include attending a range of partnership forums to help us develop collaborative working methods and working with colleagues to monitor social value commitments.
This role is all about communicating with a wide audience, so you will have excellent people skills.
We need someone who can show us how they have achieved great outcomes for their customers and retained those customers due to their fantastic service.
You will also have working knowledge of the Social Value Act and any matters relating to the its implementation and evaluation.
Alliance Homes Group is a community based social housing provider operating in the West of England. We currently own and manage around 6,500 homes and employ 500+ colleagues, have an annual turnover of £42 million and work in partnership with local, regional and national agencies to deliver our services.
