Salary: £26,246 - £29,192 (£43,692 OTE per annum)
Contract: 9 months Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Full time, 36.25 hours per week, Thursday - Monday

Orbit has a fantastic opportunity for a Site Sales Consultant to join us at our brand new development in Wouldham.

It's an exciting time to join Orbit as we continue our rapid growth, with a number of brand new developments opening this year. This role will be based at the beautiful development, Peters Village. Set in a lovely residential area, Peters Village is made up purely of Shared Ownership and Market Sale properties.

This exciting role will be crucial to building customer relationships and the promotion of the Orbit brand. This is key role where you will work to market our sites to the public, ensuring the interest in Orbit is maximised within the appropriate customer markets. The role will also offer a generous commission structure related to performance.

The role of Site Sales Consultant can be very exciting and rewarding for the right candidate. It requires someone with a great sales background and a target driven attitude along with a confident approach. You will also need a good understanding of the sales process in relation to homes and experience in an on site sales process with a volume builder.

This role requires an innovative and personable individual who can work independently. We are looking for someone who can successfully manage the full sales process, dealing with the public, solicitors and contractors. You will also need strong IT skills particularly MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

The team can earn up to £14,500 in commission together, resulting in on target earnings of £43,692 per annum.

Please be aware this role involves weekend working and the working days are Thursday to Monday. Please be aware this role will be offered as a 9 months fixed term contract with a possibility of a permanent opportunity.
