Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week
Location: Camden, London

Would you like to work for one of the largest providers of affordable homes in London and the South East? Can you make a difference within our residential property marketing team?

Our sales and marketing team is passionate about giving customers the opportunity to love where they live - we sell great homes and reinvest our surplus in building more affordable homes, so our success is vital to the success of the communities where we work. We're motivated by the positive impact that good quality housing has on people's lives. For many of our customers, home ownership starts with us.
We're looking for a passionate, self-motivated Marketing Campaigns Manager to plan and oversee delivery a number of highly targeted, innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns that help us sell our new build developments. Our development pipeline is varied in terms of location, property types and value and you will be involved in marketing schemes for both affordable home ownership and for private sale homes to meet our challenge of delivering over 1000 new home sales per year. If you're a successful marketing professional looking to be part of a team committed to delivering a great service to our customers and to colleagues, then this is the role for you.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be an integral member of a committed team of professional marketers that will enable us to deliver a truly ambitious sales pipeline over the next five years. You'll need to create campaigns that cut through, inspire our customers and work closely with colleagues to get things right first time. Ideally, you'll have residential property marketing experience and you'll be a confident in managing multiple campaigns with a track record of delivering results, on target, on time and within budget.

Collaboration is central to success in this role. As well as shared approaches within the marketing team, your ability to market internally and build great relationships with colleagues in sales, customer relations, development, communications as well as with external suppliers and partners will help you to deliver integrated, successful sales and marketing strategies that deliver a great customer experience.
Key responsibilities include working with the Marketing Manager on the inception and delivery of the marketing strategy; individually managing branding, on-site marketing, public relations, interior design briefing for show units and marketing suites, brochures, lead generation, website management and events.

Regular meetings with creative and media agencies regarding marketing assets, amendments, copy deadlines, print and delivery are essential together with clear and concise reporting outlining the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns. Regular site visits is also key to this role to continually assess and make improvements to the customer journey and on-site experience.

To ensure you'll be a success, we'll need you to have experience of managing multiple integrated consumer marketing campaigns end to end, with generalist experience in both traditional and digital marketing ideally within the residential property sector. This role would suit an experienced Marketing Assistant/Co-ordinator wishing to take the next step or a current Marketing Executive or Marketing Campaign Manager wanting more autonomy in managing a variety of exciting projects in a growth focused programme across the Capital.

If this sounds like the challenge you're looking for we'd love to hear from you.
