We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist (1 post) to join our Marketing & Communications team.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, this post will work with key stakeholders on the delivery of marketing communications campaigns, both internally and externally, optimising the Employer Brand and engaging with our customers. You will be responsible for marketing campaigns, where you will plan, run and write effective campaigns evaluating different channels to engage with our audience to ensure we deliver tangible results.
Optimising and developing our social media and digital channels, we are seeking to increase our engagement and communications with customers and key stakeholders, creating innovative solutions to constantly raise the Onward Brand, where you will look to identify and exploit marketing, promotional and publicity opportunities from concept to delivery assisting with media relations activity.
It is essential you have proven experience of working within a marketing and/or communications environment, with experience of implementing marketing communications plan and campaigns both online and offline. Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to influence colleagues and be creative, are essential, with the experience of writing, editing and producing marketing materials, social media campaigns and draft press releases.
All posts are recruited to the recruitment salary and movement to the confirmed salary is based on successful completion of a 6 month probation.
