Assistant Director of New Business

We now have an exciting new opportunity for an Assistant Director of New Business to join us and lead a high performing New Business function.
Reporting to the Director of Development and Sales, you will lead a team to source and secure new development opportunities, ensuring processes are in place and strategic relationships are maintained.
We are looking for a commercially astute individual with experience of leading a New Business team that has delivered growth in a development programme. You will have experience in securing a varied portfolio of development schemes, including land led and Joint Ventures.
You will need to have a professional qualification in a relevant field e.g. MRICS, CIOB or equivalent related experience as well as an understanding of planning law & processes. A full driving licence is also required.
