Assistant Director of Delivery and Programme

We now have an exciting new opportunity for an Assistant Director of Delivery and Programme to join us and lead a high performing Delivery team to take schemes successfully from contract through to completion.
Reporting to the Director of Development and Sales, you will ensure a growing portfolio of schemes are completed on time, within budget and successfully delivered taking corrective action if issues arise with construction projects.
We are looking for a commercially astute individual with experience of leading a Delivery and Programme team through a period of significant growth. You’ll have a thorough understanding of Contract law, dispute resolution practises, contract structures and Homes England standards and procedures.
You will need to have a professional qualification in a relevant field e.g. MRICS, CIOB or equivalent related experience as well as excellent programme and risk management skills. A full driving licence is also required.
