We are looking for a Senior Management Accountant (1 post) to join our Finance Business Partnering Team. 

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner Manager, you will assist in the delivery of the internal customer facing Finance function, in the respective Onward region, helping ensure financial resources are planned, managed and reported.  You will provide financial support to projects and activities provided across Onward delivering business objectives including value for money.

The Senior Management Accountant will assist in the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process for regional and specialist services to support strategic and operational objectives, value for money and customer and neighbourhood services. 

You should have experience of delivering financial support to internal and external customers, whilst managing and reporting financial performance information.  You should have experience of leading & developing people to deliver high performance. You should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non financial team members.  IT skills including excel at intermediate level is essential.  It is desirable that you have experience of housing finance and are part or fully qualified with a recognised accounting body.
