Are you interested in working with victims and survivors of domestic abuse?  We want to attract and recruit people who share our values and our commitment to deliver quality services.

We are an innovative and unique provider of all services to those affected by domestic abuse.

Due to expansion of our organisation we have an exciting new opportunity with a 2 year fixed term contract.

Workers should be “violence free in their own lives.” Applicants are asked not to put themselves forward for selection if this is not the case.

The Transformation Manager will manage the transformation of Hampshire County Council area’s refuges, working closely with refuge owners, commissioners, CEO, Operations Director and Business Support & Development Director.

The main purpose of the role will also include:

  • Supporting the partnership, development and delivery of initial responses to high risk clients via the High Risk Domestic Abuse (HRDA) process and to review the specialist high risk provision across Hampshire
  • Building capacity within mainstream services to reach and support a greater number of people experiencing domestic abuse
  • Making recommendations to the Transformation Steering Group for future provision of victim/survivor services including refuges/safe spaces in Hampshire.
  • To plan and deliver the implementation of the agreed service transformation within agreed timescales

In return we offer a generous annual leave entitlement rising with length of service, comprehensive training and development programme, pension scheme, employee assistance programme and childcare voucher scheme.  We can offer you a varied, interesting role in our busy and dynamic charity

Please visit www.southerndas.org/about-us/jobs or email melissa.honey@stopdomesticabuse.uk for an application form, job description and person specification for this role.  We particularly welcome applicants from BAMER communities that are currently under-represented in our organisation.  Appointment will be on merit alone.

Closing date: Friday 14 June 2019, 9:30am                           Interviews: 20 June 2019

We will recruit the first suitable applicants, so apply early as we may close earlier.
