Due to expansion of our organisation we have an exciting new opportunity with a 2 year fixed term contract.

Workers should be “violence free in their own lives.” Applicants are asked not to put themselves forward for selection if this is not the case.

The Transformation Manager will manage the transformation of Hampshire County Council area’s refuges, working closely with refuge owners, commissioners, CEO, Operations Director and Business Support & Development Director.

The main purpose of the role will also include:

  • Supporting the partnership, development and delivery of initial responses to high risk clients via the High Risk Domestic Abuse (HRDA) process and to review the specialist high risk provision across Hampshire
  • Building capacity within mainstream services to reach and support a greater number of people experiencing domestic abuse
  • Making recommendations to the Transformation Steering Group for future provision of victim/survivor services including refuges/safe spaces in Hampshire.
  • To plan and deliver the implementation of the agreed service transformation within agreed timescales
