The Governance Administrator will provide assistance to the team in the operation and continuous improvements of the group's governance and company secretarial functions. This is a fast paced role where you will ensure all legal documents are accurate, effectively processed and distributed within agreed timescales. Reporting into the Deputy Company Secretary, you will be responsible for a number of projects, one of which will be to ensure all staff provide declaration of interest information correctly and accurately. This role will see you support the Deputy Company Secretary to, arrange Board meetings, issue Board papers and process expenses.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator who has worked in a Governance role previously and has preferably worked on Compliance Calendars and the various filings at Companies House. You will possess excellent IT skills and strong communication skills both verbally and written. We are looking for a team player and someone who has the ability to manage customer expectations.
