As Production Executive you will play a vital role for the functioning of our in-house design team. Responsible for the delivery of design projects from brief to production, you will work with the Head of Communications and the Design team to deliver a design centre of excellence, delivering excellent service to our internal customers in line with our published processes and SLAs. You will manage our ‘Print on Demand’ service, giving colleagues access to a wide range pre-designed collateral. You will also develop, manage and update the company's image library.
You will support the events team in delivering our summer and winter conferences and engage with and manage external partners as appropriate/necessary. You will act as advocate and ambassador for the People and Culture directorate at all times
You are passionate about delivering excellent customer experience every time, by being easy, reliable and empathetic in the way you deal with customers and colleagues.
The ideal candidate combines enthusiasm, experience and expertise in production with operational and commercial nous. This is a key role in a busy team. You will have networking and diplomacy skills, with the ability to build good working relationships with internal and external customers. You will have experience of managing the design process; taking briefs, planning design time, monitoring progress, liaising with clients, sign off and production. You will have proven knowledge of design and branding and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
