Service Delivery & Insight Manager

Educated to degree level, you will have experience of leading and developing a high performing team along with delivering a range of front line services to a variety of audiences and within a complex and busy environment. You will be a customer service professional who is able to deliver a first-class service to all stakeholders whilst professionally balancing challenges and priorities. Above all, your ability to be approachable and communicate positively using a variety of mediums to all customers and stakeholders will ensure that you quickly establish yourself as a member of our friendly and supportive team.
About the Role
You will lead on all aspects of Customer Service Delivery & Insight on behalf of the Facilities Management Team. This includes customer engagement, complaint resolution, customer surveying and insight gathering, alongside the creation and management of consistent service delivery standards in collaboration with relevant FM Service Area Managers. You will also ‘own’ and be responsible for the effective management and continual development of the new CAFM system from a customer perspective, including problem solving, liaison with relevant support functions and effective ownership and insight gathering including report creation and dissemination.
