Are you eager to help and provide support to vulnerable older people living in supported housing?
Notting Hill Genesis is actively recruiting for a Jovial and flexible person to join the team as a Project Worker in our older people services, providing housing support in Chingford. If this is of interest then we would love to hear from you…
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This role will see you provide excellent person centred support (and care) to our customers: supporting them to meet their own goals and aspirations. You will support residents to manage their needs whilst promoting wellbeing and sustaining independence.
We provide support services to older people who have various health and support needs who live with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, low to moderate mental health issues, learning disability, physical disability or other mobility problems.
We are looking for a kind and compassionate individual who enjoys flexible working and operating as part of a team as well as lone working. It is essential that you have experience assisting vulnerable people and reviewing their needs including support plans. Ideally you will have a good understanding of housing management and have previous experience in a similar role.
This role will be offered as a Full time post and you will work on a flexible rota basis which will include some weekends. Core hours are between 9am and 9pm.
Advert closing date: Tuesday 4th June (midnight)
Interviews: TBC
