Homeownership Services Manager

Leathermarket JMB is a resident-managed housing organisation, working in partnership with Southwark Council, which manages 1,600 properties and is based close to London Bridge Station. We are looking to recruit a Homeownership Services Manager to take the lead and coordinate the JMB’s services to homeowners especially the statutory consultation process with leaseholders.

The ideal candidate-

• Must have at least 5 years’ experience of providing services to homeowners.
• Must have extensive knowledge and a proven track record of homeownership, especially the statutory consultation process and dealing with complex queries. Major works consultation and billing will be a significant part of this role.

Terms and Conditions

Salary:                         From £44,373 per annum (up to £51,162 per annum for exceptional candidates)

Hours:                         Full time 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Annual Leave:             26 days per year plus bank holidays
