The location of the post is flexible and will include working across Connexus' stock predominantly in Herefordshire and Shropshire.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced RICS Chartered Surveyor to play a key role in the management of the Land and Property Portfolio held by Connexus.
The successful applicant will manage all aspects of commercial business leases held by Connexus Housing Group, including rent reviews, negotiating and reviewing leases. They will manage acquisition and disposal of properties identified through our dynamic asset management process. They will deal with all aspects of wayleaves, easements and covenants.
They will maintain the Asset Register on the company’s database and GIS system. They will liaise with Land Registry in resolving boundary issues and they will be responsible for maintaining the Group’s tree risk register and riparian responsibilities information.
