About the role:

 

As our Financial Planning Business Partner, you’ll own and be the go-to person for all things Financial Planning. 

 

Our plan gauges the viability of the business in respect of liquidity, loan covenant and Golden Rule compliance. We also use it for cash flow forecasting and reporting to lenders and our regulator.

 

You will also work alongside our Treasury Business Partner to provide a diligent end-to-end accounting and finance service to the development team for new development projects, from conception to completion.

 

 

About you:

 

You will be AAT or CCAB qualified and will have previous experience of using Financial Planning Software and preferably an understanding of treasury matters, ideally from the within the Social Housing sector.

 

You’ll have a great attitude to getting the job done and taking ownership where appropriate as well as an ability to work confidently and collaboratively with colleagues with energy and enthusiasm.
