Following the successful introduction of these roles last year Metropolitan Thames Valley is looking to expand its permanent team that offers supported housing to vulnerable adults in Nottinghamshire. Based from our Head Office in Nottingham you will be required to support residence throughout the county. Your primary objective will be to offer tenancy advice to residence enabling them to better manage their supported housing arrangements. This is a part time role working 18 hours a week over 3 days.
This is not just a socially rewarding job, we also value you as part of the team and make sure you are rewarded for your commitment to our customers. You will be a key support to tenants maintaining a safe and secure environment at home, and advising accordingly.
As travel is an essential part of the role expenses from the office will be paid in line with the company policy.
What you`ll need to succeed
We are looking for dedicated individuals that are looking to develop a career in housing. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to focus on supported housing for vulnerable adults. In this role you will be a lone worker so while training will be provided to ensure you can undertake the role and provide the service required by our customer experience in a similar role is essential. You will need to demonstrate experience of housing management and supporting tenants with housing issues.
Due to the geographical area this role covers you will also need to be a car driver with access to a car for work purposes.
