The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team of Tenancy and Neighbourhood Officers, providing a professional and customer focused Housing management service to our customers.  

This role plays a vital role in supporting our front-line officers in delivering an excellent, flexible and modern service covering income collection, tenancy and neighbourhood management.  The post holder will also take the lead in ensuring that our homes and estates are safe places to live and maintained to a high standard for our customers.

As Housing Manager you will lead on complex anti social behaviour cases and maintain strategic relationships with the local authority and the police to ensure a collaborative working environment and swift management of these cases.

The Person

Experience of working in Housing Management within a social housing environment is essential, as is experience and knowledge of housing legislation, regulation, policy and best practice. 

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service as well as having proven experience of delivering great results.  Good organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and a “can do” attitude are also pre-requisites.

The successful applicant will require a standard DBS disclosure and will have a clean driving licence with access to a roadworthy car.
