Optivo is recruiting an experienced Learning and Organisational Development Partner to play an integral role in the development and delivery of the Learning & Organisational Development strategy and align performance with our culture.

You will work on the identification of L&OD needs across Optivo and drive the development of activities that will develop the capability of our leaders, managers and employees; and engage with all areas of the business. Working closely with your HR colleagues, you will develop talent pipelines and design and deliver comprehensive L&OD interventions, activities and materials.

You will support and manage the delivery of effective and engaging virtual learning activities at all levels and maximise return on investment across the Optivo learning portfolio; ensuring all learning is evaluated, effective and embedded. You will also provide oversight and leadership to the L&OD co-ordinator/s and trainer/s.

The successful candidate will design, implement, manage and continuously improve an effective and appropriate integration programme involving schools, colleges, universities and other future skills establishments to help to maximise engagement and future pools of emerging talent recruitment.

A strong influencer and relationship builder, you will be experienced in working with senior management and working collaboratively with external providers, related external support, assessment, governance and influential bodies.

You will have significant experience of designing and running leadership and talent programmes, including emerging talent, apprentice, graduate and high potential programmes.  The ideal candidate will be working towards Level 7 CIPD L&D or equivalent and be a competent user of the Microsoft Office suite of applications with excellent report writing skills.

The role is based in Kent but travel between sites will be a requirement.
