Our social enterprise, Happy To Help CIC provides a number of services that benefit NPH residents. We’ve established projects that help residents with food, furniture and white goods. We also provide easily accessible small grants for community groups. We're working with a national recycling organisation to set up a low cost painting & decorating shop. And we want to do so much more...
This newly created role provides an exciting opportunity to help our social enterprise meet its full potential. You will play a crucial part in growing our existing services and also developing others.
We’re looking for someone with a track record of:
• Building relationships with community stakeholders and partners
• Recruiting and managing volunteers
• Identifying , securing and managing external funding (grants and donations)
• Managing services or projects that are community focused and sustainable
