Job Details

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive marketing professional with a track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns, to join us as a Marketing Executive.

The UK has a housing problem. This affects every one of us, because housing is the foundation of the society we live in. Catalyst is part of the solution. You could be too.

One of the UK’s leading housing associations, Catalyst is here to make a purposeful difference by providing housing solutions for those who can’t afford a home without our help. We offer a wide range of homes, for rent, part ownership or purchase. By doing so, we build more than homes – we build communities. Put simply, we’re committed to our social purpose - in every part of our organisation. And, we always seek to do better. If you do too, read on.

You will seek to understand fully your customers’ needs, identifying and working to remove pain points, and always doing what you say you will.

Your challenge? To maximise sales opportunities by implementing effective marketing schemes for new build developments consisting of Shared Ownership and Private Sale property. That means carrying out competitor analysis and market trends and local research to identify target audiences and suitable messaging for each scheme. It also means providing clear marketing plans, working with media agencies and guiding creative agencies in terms of desired objectives. Drafting, editing and proof reading content, ensuring the factual accuracy of marketing collateral for schemes and liaising with professional service providers, architects, and building contractors – all are aspects of this high profile role.

Experience in property marketing is essential. You’ll also need a proven ability to identify core audiences for product and to validate findings through market research and competitor analysis. A good understanding of market influences and trends is also required, as is a professional approach to dealing with stakeholders, colleagues and suppliers. What’s more, you're comfortable working both collaboratively and independently and in line with contractual obligations, not least timekeeping and delivery deadlines, and used to managing sizeable budgets.
