We have a fantastic opening for a Project Worker to join our team providing support to our customers experiencing mental health issues in one of our services in Waltham Cross. Although this role is primarily based in our Eleanor Cross road service, you may also be asked to support in some of our other supported housing services in Hertford.

The primary focus of our services is to support customers in a range of areas, including improving independent life skills, finding employment, recovery from addiction and building stability through a range of social activities. A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to suitable long-term accommodation appropriate to their needs.

Notting Hill Genesis is a prominent housing related support provider to customers with mental health issues in Hertfordshire. We have recently undergone an ambitious change programme in our services provided across the county. The aim of the new services is to ensure our customers achieve their own goals and aspirations through the support and encouragement of our staff.

Although previous supported housing experience would be suitable for this role, we are also looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people's lives. We want to find motivational individual's that have a genuine interest working with vulnerable people and delivering a person-centred service.

The salary for the role is £ 18,252 per annum and you will be required to work on a rota basis on a 4-week rolling rota. The core hours are between 9am-9pm and you must be flexible as shift times may change to accommodate customers' needs. This will also include Bank Holidays and you will be required to work 1 weekend in every 4.

The right candidate for this role must be a driver as you may be required to travel to other services in Hertford.
