We are looking to recruit an experienced; CIPD qualified HR Advisor to join a growing HR team. This is a generalist role and you will work closely with managers; providing advice, guidance and support on a range of people issues including recruitment, performance management, employee relations and a range of policies. You will be the first port of call for HR queries from line managers and employees.
The successful candidate will be confident and use their extensive knowledge and experience to support with enabling cultural change as well as the provision of a comprehensive HR service for the organisation. We are looking for someone with demonstrable generalist HR experience. You should be pro-active, organised and customer focussed. You will also have strong communication, persuasion and influencing skills and be able to readily build strong working relationships with managers across the organisation.
