Service Charge Accountant – ACA / ACCA / CIMA / QBE 
C&C Central Office, Waterloo 
£45,000 + Benefits & Contributory Pension + Potential for Flexible Working 

With a turnover of £27M, Central & Cecil (C&C) Housing Trust provides housing, care and bespoke services exclusively for the over 55s in London. 

We are now looking for a Service Charge Accountant to join our central offices in Waterloo and support our income efforts. 

If you are an ACA, ACCA, CIMA or qualified by experience, this is the ideal role in which to take your next step, gain industry experience and support the over 55 population of London. 

Specifically, as a Service Charge Accountant, you will play a key role in the collection of rents and service charges from our housing tenants and those we provide care to. 

To be considered as a Service Charge Accountant, you’ll need: 

- To be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or QBE 
- Demonstrable experience of rents and service charges in RSLs 
- Deep knowledge of rent regulation, service charges and tenancy legislation 
- Experience of delivering monthly management accounts, including service charge accounts 
- Experience with Microsoft Office application and of developing financial systems 

Comfortable building the knowledge of a finance team, as a Service Charge Accountant, you’ll have an outstanding customer focus and the ability to work independently and problem solve. An excellent communicator and presenter, you’ll also need to be able to build relationships and have a passion for delivery.
