Zetetick Housing is a specialist housing provider which provides high quality social housing for vulnerable adults. We currently operate around 80 properties, supporting more than 130 tenants whose needs range from mild learning disability to more complex challenging issues. Our primary location is Croydon, but we operate in all South London Boroughs and in the Southeast coastal regions.
As a financially sound and well-run charity, we are now positioned to grow and diversify our services and are seeking a dynamic Deputy Chief Executive to provide additional senior management capacity and deputise for the Chief Executive.
The successful candidate will work with the Chief Executive on all aspects of the day-to-day running of the charity, with responsibility for the delivery of business and specifically marketing strategies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and good practice in all aspects of the charity’s work.
The role will include supporting the CEO in raising the profile of the organisation, influencing local decision makers about the issues which impact service provision and supporting the reviews of business plans and financial strategies.
Our ambitions for growth will ensure that you will have significant input into the future direction of the charity with specific responsibility for bringing out-sourced services in-house and proactively growing our service offer in new regional locations.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience within a Registered Provider of Social Housing, have an enabling and collaborative leadership style, with a real passion for improving the lives of vulnerable people. Your ability to act and think both strategically and creatively will be supported by natural negotiation, relationship building and influencing skills.
