As a large Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service, we deliver a tailored and customer focussed service to 39,000 council properties and 2,500 leasehold properties.  

Can you provide inspiring and collaborative leadership to manage and shape this new service?

You will be a key player in our ambitions to integrate effectively with other Council services, develop strong performance management maximising ICT, creating opportunities for income generation and develop and implement the delivery of new build housing

We are looking for a strategic thinker with business/commercial acumen, a proven track record of leading Housing R & M services, with evidence of driving   transformational change and embedding a high performing culture
