Are you an enthusiastic, dynamic proactive team member that has an eye for detail, high levels of data analysis skills by using SQL and SSRS? Do you have a good understanding and experience of working in the Housing sector in either the Repairs maintenance area or housing management?

We are seeking a high calibre candidate for the role of Operational Systems Analyst.  In this role, you will act as the expert link between technical IT specifications and the requirements of business use, to ensure that directorate IT systems are designed, configured, implemented and are operating in a way which meets the requirements of business users.   

You will need to bring a high level of technical IT experience together with knowledge of business analysis to the role.  You will also be responsible for trouble shooting, investigating and remedying issues identified in our systems or business processes to ensure that the business can operate with optimum efficiency.  You will also contribute to the production of data, information and intelligence from our system that helps us tailor our service and ensure we are providing the best possible service to customers.
