This is role will cover properties across North London and Hertfordshire, a car that can be used for work purposes is essential.

Our Property Maintenance team have a vacancy for an Estate Inspector with Origin Housing. The purpose of the role will be to undertake Estate Inspections, undertake post inspections of work carried out by our contractors, contribute to the contract management of our repairs contractors and undertake periodic compliance inspections where required.

This role will be based on our estates for the majority of the week so we are seeking candidates that are happy to work with minimal supervision and focus on getting their job done. The role will suit self-motivated people with a combination of a great eye for detail and the customer service skills to interact with our residents whilst out on our estates. You will have experience of working in a maintenance environment and be comfortable in assessing the quality of repairs that are carried out on our homes.
