About the scheme
Wraymead Place is located a short distance from the centre of Reigate and convenient for the station. The scheme comprises 40 apartments set in very pretty gardens in a quiet residential road.
There is a communal lounge, hairdressing room and guest room together with accommodation and a separate office for the scheme manager.
The Managers accommodation is a two bedroomed apartment on the top floor with an office nearby. A tour of the scheme and accommodation will be offered to all candidates attending the interview stage.
You will be responsible for your bills, with the exception of the following expenses which are paid by Grange Management Ltd;
- Rental of business phone + business calls charge
- Water bills
- Contents insurance
What you'll be doing
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence and support the delivery of quality property management services which respond to customer and business needs. You'll be building and maintaining effective relationships with residents, their relatives and relevant external agencies as well as welcoming new residents.
You'll be dealing with generic leaseholder matters including neighbour disputes and breaches of lease seeking assistance when required from Regional Manager.
What we're looking for
You must be self-motivated, demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and good customer skills and have a proven track record in providing services to those with a support need. Above all we are looking for someone with a patient and caring personality and a commitment to service excellence.
