About the role

We are looking for a Development Project Manager to work within the busy Development and Asset Management Department. To be part of a team that is responsible for the delivery of JRHT’s latest Development and Asset Management Strategy. This will ensure the delivery of 100 homes per annum, 60% for low cost rent and 40% for low cost ownership.

You will lead on the pre-construction activities to deliver high quality new build development projects, ensuring value for money, innovative design, detailed specification, and sustainability. Ensuring that the development process complies with JRHT/JRF’s anticipated outcomes both contractual and regulatory.

Having responsibility for commissioning and liaising with developers, landowners, consultants and other key stakeholders and the ultimate appointment of appropriate project team consultants this will be a busy and important role within JRHT.

About you

You will possess significant experience of the processes required to deliver multiple projects and the skills and abilities to execute these processes within a residential development context. Versed in procuring of works and services you will have experience of working with risk registers and producing project related reports for a wide range of audiences.

Having strong interpersonal skills you will be an able influencer who can build and maintain effective working relationships. If you have a recognised or accredited qualification related to technical or design aspects of development then so much the better.
