About the role

We are looking for a highly competent person to join our senior management team, who will lead the delivery of our £248m stock investment programme as we embark on a new way of working. Moving away from framework contacts, to fully specifying packages of work, which will deliver more complex and specialist work areas, more responsively and effectively. You’ll find our stock and the work interesting and rewarding and our schemes include multi-million-pound estate regeneration programmes.

You will have a track record of delivering social housing capital programmes on time and to budget, procurement and contract management and working in partnership, whilst holding contractors to account.  You’ll be a natural team player, an effective leader of staff and provide a real drive to get things done. A knowledge of new-build housing processes and experience of housing clienting would also be an advantage. Our client is happy to consider someone who is stepping-up in terms of scheme size.
