Fire Safety Manager

South Essex Property Services are looking for a Fire Safety Manager to work within the Property Services Department of South Essex Homes.

You will be responsible for providing specialist fire safety support and guidance across the organisation, advising on all aspects of fire prevention to ensure compliance with building control and fire prevention legislation and ensuring effective implementation of our fire safety strategy.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills as you will be required to work with other key stakeholders including external contractors as well as directly managing a small team of technicians that maintain and service the fire doors and related elements.

A vital part of this role is to engage with residents, particularly those living in the high-rise blocks managed by South Essex Homes to ensure opportunities exist for their genuine involvement in delivering excellent standards of fire safety.
