Income Management & Arrears Analyst

One of the reasons for our success is industry knowledge, and we are looking for an exceptional individual with proven income management experience who can apply themselves to technical analysis and problem solving. You’ll be working closely with one of our product specialists to solve some interesting rent arrears related solutions.

Some key attributes needed for the role are:

Solution orientated, exceptional attention to detail
Strong understanding of rent collection processing and rent transactions
Keen analytical skills. You’ll be analysing reports and spotting trends.
Very good Excel ability. 
Self-disciplined and able to work effectively alone/as part of small team.
