You are passionate about delivering excellent customer experience every time, by being easy to work with, reliable and empathetic in the way you deal with customers and colleagues.

 The first point of contact at our Head Office in Ealing, you’ll provide a professional and welcoming reception service ensuring that a presence is maintained in the reception area and space at all times, telephone calls are answered promptly and that all visitors and calls are dealt with in a professional and discreet manner.

With proven reception experience, you’ll be personable, empathetic, professional and proactive with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You’ll need to be a team player able to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels and demonstrate a willingness to ‘roll your sleeves up’ to get the job done with high attention to detail. You will have an immaculate appearance and willingness to adhere to the required uniform and dress code.
