We are currently looking for a Support Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals, on a permanent full time basis, supporting service users with learning disabilities in Kent.

We aim to enable and encourage our service users to live as independently as possible within a community setting. The service users have varied and active lives; working, studying and participating in local community groups.

You'll need to demonstrate commitment to supporting people in making everyday choices on how they want to live their lives. Experience of working with people with learning disabilities is not essential as full training will be given. You must be able to work day shifts, weekends, sleep ins.

Due to the nature of the role applicants are required to have a patient, caring and sensitive approach.
