This role

You will deliver a high support service to the local area providing support advice and assistance to customers to help sustain their tenancies. You will act as our local representative to ensure the supervision of Maintenance, environmental and security issues.

You will be responsible for responding to customer queries, feedback and complaints

You will possess enhanced verbal and written communication skills as well as strong Word, Excel, and database skills including knowledge of Outlook. It is essential that you have a can-do attitude and a positive approach, including flexibility and adaptability and the ability to remain composed under pressure. A natural multi-tasker, you will operate in an organised and structured manner; be detail driven and capable of producing outstanding quality work at all times.

What you'll need to succeed

- You will be computer literate with basic knowledge of word excel.

- The ability to explain complex information to a variety of audiences.

- You will communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and Local stakeholders.

- The ability to identify and asses Health and Safety risk around all Estates in the locality.

- Confidence in your ability to deliver a high quality effective service.

- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.

- A "can do" attitude and a positive approach.
