Head of Property Sales Strategy

We’re looking for a commercially aware individual with sales strategy experience and the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team join us as a Head of Property Sales Strategy. We have a growing development programme which presents exciting opportunities for us, and as a result we’re expanding our sales and marketing team.

In this key role as Head of Property Sales Strategy, you will lead the pre-acquisition assessment of shared ownership and market sale opportunities, ensuring developments are optimised from a sales perspective. Working across the Sales and Marketing department, you will ensure sales strategies are developed and their requirements incorporated within the department’s operational plan. Through management of the research function, you will develop our market intelligence capabilities, both in support of new development opportunities and to inform our operational approach to the on-site sales programme.

Your experience in a senior role will have given you the confidence to lead and inspire your team to ensure the best commercial and customer experience and build a strong results-oriented culture. You’re a strategic thinker who is able to see the bigger picture, but also thrives at being hands-on. You will be an excellent communicator at all levels, communicating with gravitas and diplomacy and able to provide clear well written and well-presented reports targeted to the audience.
