We are looking for:
The Third Party Assurance Manager will form part of the first line of defence and lead on the delivery of assurance where Help to Buy interacts with third party suppliers and outsourced providers. They will form strong relationships with the Help to Buy management team and work closely with suppliers, and second and third lines of defence teams to enable effective integrated assurance delivery across Help to Buy.

Our successful candidate will have:
Lead on the delivery of first line assurance of Help to Buy's third party relationships. Undertaking reviews and identifying opportunities to improve controls, efficiencies and customer outcomes.
Be the third party assurance specialist and focal point for Help to Buy management and wider Homes England teams, including the second and third lines of defence.
Provide pragmatic risk and control guidance and assurance advice to management; recognising Help to Buy's obligations to customers and its strategic objectives.
Ensure that Relationship and Contract Managers provide effective oversight of any supplier or outsourced arrangements by following the appropriate steps throughout the lifecycle of the relationship.

The skills we would like are:
Demonstrable strong experience of providing detailed and impactful assurance of third party relationships.
An ability to deliver quality assurance engagements with appropriate, timely and relevant findings to enable a strong control environment.
An ability to work collaboratively and creatively within Help to Buy and wider Homes England.
